Hello! I will be applying for the traditional nursing program after this fall. wondering if anyone else out there is applying and what your story is?? I have a few more classes to take this fall, then i will be applying! so nervous !! Please add any info/comments :)

Mail just came. Getting to know my letter carrier pretty well.

Nothing from LCC. Did get some junk mail from them the other day that sent my heart rate up near 100 before I opened it.

OH my gosh, i can imagine the heart rate issue. my stomach has been starting to turn right around mail time..... I just wanna know!! Time seems to be crreeeeepping by

They made the "official" announcement to the nursing program that the new students will now wear black scrubs. I'm sure letters must be on their way soon :) Good luck! Hoping everyone gets their letter.

Don't freak out if you start hearing people have received a letter. 2 of my friends got their letters on a Friday. I didn't receive one and thought I didn't get in. The next day, my letter showed up in the mail.

Letter just came with the incorrect point total (still listing 136, not 142) and says that I am on the alternates list. AAAAHHHHHHHJHKL:AFJH:LAJF:LHADNMFJ:LADFNBM:LADFBN:KLAdfh

Wow, ------------------ is fast! She wrote back to me in less than 20 minutes. She corrected the error, and also stated "The alternates rank from 142 to 137 points". So I'm still an alternate. Very stressed about that.

I was accepted into the 2 year program starting this Fall. i am. SO EXCITED.

Cant wait for orientation...!!

I hope you get in!! I've heard people drop/ or decline their seat for many reasons. I'm crossing my fingers for you! We've been on this process for a while, so i hope we can go through it together!

If it's any consolation, last year all of the alternates made it in because many people couldn't accept their seats. Hoping you get in!!!

I want to puke!!! I got on the alternate list for Spring! 142 points...just awesome! :barf02::no::sorry::cry:

i got in also! i had 152 - im disappointed that whether getting into fall or spring was random - bc i received a spring spot and would've like a fall spot. hopefully i will be able to switch seats with someone!

But im sooooooo happy i got accepted regardless!!!
