LAC+USC interview new grad RN

Hey guys, I have a question. I had an interview with LAC+USC and received a letter that I passed the oral exam. I read in the letter that they are going to contact me if positions open up. I am a new grad RN. Have you been in my situation? How long does it take until they call you? Do we have another interview after the oral interview or this is it? Please share your experience with me..thank you

, No. I got hired at LAC + USC.

12.18 - Fingerprints at Commerce bldg

12.20 - Received an Email, yes weirdly enough an email from HR, with a medical appointment letter

12.26 - Medical appt. Got cleared the same day and brought my clearance to HR.

....now waiting for start date

i am always on this site but it is my first time actually posting something. I have been so disparate for any kind of RN job (like many of you)! I had my civil service exam with L.A county in early November 2012 and have not yet received a pass/fail letter. They told me it would be about a month but its been well over. Has it taken anyone else over 7 weeks to get the letter? Thanks :)

Yes I was hired Full time, Permanent.

Hi Meiniaks! Did u get appt for medical clearance yet? I went for fingerprints 12/19 and still no response...

BTW, it took about 9-10 weeks until I received the letter from HR indicating I passed the civil service interview.

4/25 - applied

9/5 - civil service interview

Mid November - received letter I passed from HR

12/10 - interview with hiring mgrs
