Hey guys, I have a question. I had an interview with LAC+USC and received a letter that I passed the oral exam. I read in the letter that they are going to contact me if positions open up. I am a new grad RN. Have you been in my situation? How long does it take until they call you? Do we have another interview after the oral interview or this is it? Please share your experience with me..thank you
Hi Meiniaks! Did u get appt for medical clearance yet? I went for fingerprints 12/19 and still no response...
BTW, it took about 9-10 weeks until I received the letter from HR indicating I passed the civil service interview.
4/25 - applied
9/5 - civil service interview
Mid November - received letter I passed from HR
12/10 - interview with hiring mgrs
interviewed by manager 12/12 offered position same day, finger print 12/19
after that no call/letter/email
Wow! That's super fast! Congrats! Did u start on the floor already and is it 8 hour or 12 hour shifts?
Yea I know, I was anticipating a March start date too because of the things I read here but they called and I couldn't say no. Lol. so there goes snowboarding for the season. I feel like because they want people who got hired in specialty areas to be on board in time for the ed/icu training.
I don't know what shifts I'll be getting while training in m/s yet. But ED is for sure 12's for me.

Does anyone know how i can get a master time records and performance evaluation?the hr said i need this to go forward with my interview. pls help thanks in advance
That's only if you're a current county employee. If so, you need to contact HR of the dept you work for. If not, then those requirements don't apply to you.
