You purchase directly from Kaplan, the Kaplan NCLEX-RN Qbank costs $299. You can find it here:

Don't spend that much on questions! Kaplan's questions are not "superior" to others, they are practically the same. Try a cheaper option

Don't use Kaplan, use http://www.learningext.com. This is the study program written by the people who write the NCLEX. Any of the review books are fine for content review. You need the critical thinking questions.

In response to Pandabear, I posted this comment on another thread about learningext.com
I tried the learningtext.com review by the NCSBN and I was disappointed. I did the 1 month package (back in november) and it wasn't very good. the questions were ok, but no better than anywhere else. If Im paying $50 for a set amount of questions for 30 days, I want some damn good questions.

I agree! I like Kaplan, it's a lot more challenging and really has you think about each answer.

I agree too! In my opinion, Kaplan has hard questions which really needs to work on your critical thinking skills. Their questions prepares you for the test

Can't say I would pay the price for kaplan or learningtext.com
There are several resources out there with equal or superior quality for a MUCH better price. With Kaplan and learningtext.com you are paying for the brand.
Try NCLEX mastery, Davis, maybe even barrons
don't spend top dollar for average content
