Patients with liver cirrhosis. Normaly have high ammonia and ammonia is the one causing confusion though you may think to pick that one but confusion is not acute for patient with cirrhosis . Don't pick what is normal for patient I would pick acute renal failure bacuse 23 cc of urine is not normal

Hi friends,I recently took Nclex and failed second time I have received my report all the the are ingot near the passing standard ,except. In infection control I got below the passing standard. So what is the meaning of this. Do I need much more work to do? Frankly I have studed a lot as far as content is concern. I used Saundra yellow book finish all chapter and all questions in the book, hurst review my score started at 60 , used lacharity and Nclex 3500. Although I should admit I didn't do many question as much. So I need advice , what should I do differently this time am so stressed . Please I need big advice, do I need to buy more review ? What should I do?
