This thread is for any upcoming graduates taking NCLEX in June of 2008.
To start off with I would love to hear if anyone is taking Kaplan, or Drexel or other prep courses and why did you choose the one you did? I am looking into them and I am just not sure which one is best and why.
Thanks!
I took the test yesterday, I feel that the NCLEX is nothing like Saunders blue or green book
I felt horrible the whole time through the 265 questions
long, ridiculous, and brain killing
I wish all the best of luck with the studying
I have been checking the state BON site all day trying to see if i have a number, not yet
still assuming a failure
hi guys, i was originally on the may support group. but as of last week, i have to remediate again and will be taking the test in june(i hope). i have done numerous books, and programs, am doing the ncsbn course now. thanks for letting me join! goodluck to all of you testing this month. will send up some prayers for you!
Good luck to you. I am scheduled for this month as well, but I came from the May test takers support group...:specs:welcome!
Not sure what state you're in while typing this, but I know the TX BON doesn't post until like 10 days after the exam.
Your best bet is to do the 2 day fast check, if your state has it through Pearson Vue.
How did you feel, and do, on the HESI?

Hello everyone.
My test is scheduled for the middle of this month.
Any of you know when it is time to finally test? What gives you the feeling or confidence that you are ready. I know we are not expected to know every single thing out of the review book, but I am open for all feedback. I have been testing on my saunders CD and book, and scoring between 65-70%.
The last time I took the exam, I scored at 48-55% and not one point higher. So, I know I have become stronger. :typing
Just curious of when you all know you are ready!:imbar

Btw, I'm taking my time with studying for this test, I don't know when I'll be taking it,(hope ya'll don't mind me participating here
) but I'll schedule when I feel ready and use the time during the wait till the test to brush up on weaker concepts. I enjoy studying methodically(always did) which is time consuming...and I wasn't able to study that way in the nursing program since it was so fast paced...so in a way, I am enjoying myself and learning more clearly every aspect of what we are required to learn...this is just me though...I like to make it a slow process, I enjoy it more...hey what can I say, that's just me:D...anyway, again, happy studying to all!:redbeathe
