Yes, please share your study test plans. I want to go over the random facts file, I have several NCLEX books, and our school has us do a 4 day review at the end of the term. other than that, I havent come up with a good plan just yet. we can use this site as a support or a discussion or a study forum. what works best for everyone??
I graduated in May..plan to take NCLEX-RN in July. I have 4 nclex books; Saunders Q&A and comprehensive review, NCLEX-RN for dummies and REA's interactive flashcards..so by june 21 I plan to have completed 5,000 practice questions( i'm finding that the test strategies are more valuable). my job is giving a 3 day NCLEX review course June 21.. so if i M NOT READY IN JULY..I HAVE ISSUES!!
hi everyone:redbeathe
I'm new to this forum and really wish i found it earlier, this is great:) My test is on the 1st of june, its getting closer omg!!!
I wish you all GOOOOD LUCK, we can do it:yeah:
does anyone have any suggestions on a guide to all drug classifications, there are so many and Im trying to set up a table so I can memorize, but my mind is buzzing:hdvwl: lol... any good pharmacology book you recommend?
Love:redbeathe
i graduated in may and i plan to sit for nclex-rn, hopefully at the beginning of july, i have not gotten my att yet (i guess because i just graduated last week and they may have not gotten to my paperwork yet). i plan to study with saunders comprehensive book, i signed up for an online nclex question bank (it was free: here is the link = all you have to do is sign up) = i plan to use that, and i plan to buy saunders q&a book.
i watned to take kaplan review course but i can't afford that right now, nor can my parents. so hopefully with must prayer, keeping god 1st no matter what happens, and studying hard with get me through. i already have job lined up, which i start aug. 2nd, so i pray that i pass on the 1st try. i'm trust that god didn't bring me this far for nothing :).
right now my toughest challenge is getting motivated to study but reading through this forum is motivating me for sure. :)
good luck to everyone studying. we can do this. no 4 letter "f" words .
i am taking my nclex-rn this saturday july 10...pls pray for me..im really anxious coz this will be my 2nd time..
and heres my study plan::::
i attended excell review for 10 days in california where they discuss all theory..they have given us studybook to focus on..so im using that book for theory and it really helped a lot i think coz its straight to the point...
after that i have 30dvd's of theory lectures by review for nurses..its also good bECause u can always go back to the topics that you are weak and have them explain it to you and also they practice u on test taking techniques..
i have to divide my time to that dvd's like 6-8 dvd's a day...and after that..i try to answer questions from kaplan and Examcram like 250 q's a day...
and i cant believe it because after all the theories ive learned it is much easier to answer questions..in which before i find it very difficult..sort of high level difficulty questions.....
ive been studying since may2010 and im goin to take it on july10 for the 2nd time...
please pray for me..
i hope we will all pass
goodluck and godbless everyone!
stay positive..
do your best and god will give the rest...

Join in the discussion if you are graduating in June and planning to take NCLEX in July. Lets study together and support each other. This test is gonna be harder after April, so we need all the help we can get and I want to pass this thing on the first go 'round.
