Please Google this woman. I don't know how to put in a link or drag the articles about her to this site.
But she is saying some really disturbing things about the latest killer virus and Dr. Fauci.
I have no idea what's true and what isn't. Please let me know what you think.

That probability of BS certainly doesn't stop the grifters from making the claim or the gullible from believing it with zero evidence. It's a bit discouraging to be confronted with health professionals who seem unable to discern factual opinion from opinion in search of facts.

He wanted Covid19 to blow up for as long as possible to write that book, publish journals and get interviews and his name out there. Before this crisis, no one knew his name unless you worked with him or knew him personally.
Dr. Fauci was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom which is an award bestowed by the President of the United States. The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the highest civilian award of the United States. The presidential medal seeks to recognize those people who have made "an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors".
The man cannot receive any higher honor! None exist.

An education in the sciences (like nursing) gives one a foundation for testing information for validity or credibility. Opinions which aren't based in good science, facts or evidence aren't as valuable as opinions which are well sourced and supported.
I don’t disagree with you that people need to form their own opinions and utilize good evidence to support it. However, most people no matter what you present to them will still believe what they will. Look at religion and politics.
I'm over this post, it’s become an insane debate over semantics and personal opinions and how to make people feel bad over who they like or don’t like.

Some personal opinions which have no foundation in facts or evidence are relatively harmless (ie: flat earth believers) while others (ie:covid is no big deal, Fauci is not to be trusted, etc) are not so innocent or harmless. I can't make another person feel one way or another, but I can employ communication tactics to attempt to illicit specific or desired responses. It's common for people to experience discomfort when they cannot articulate what has caused them to believe or accept something as fact or truth. The realization that one cannot provide facts or evidence to support their reasoning or conclusions or beliefs can lead to defensive coping mechanisms ... emotional responses are sometimes precipitated.
We've been conditioned to believe that polite people don't speak about politics or religion for a few generations now. Available evidence demonstrates that Americans are poorly equipped to evaluate or discuss religion, politics or governance. And here we are, gullible, disadvantaged and divided.

I agree- it is a bit discouraging.
Less so, when you look at what has actually happened to this forum. New participants who have added nothing of substance to any discussion about nursing, who have manged to derail and refocus the conversation creating division and distracting from the actual issues. The track here is following the direction of political discourse in this country, and is being driven by a small group.
Next time you get frustrated at the number of nurses who subscribe to absolute nonsense, look at their profile and their post history. With a couple of exceptions, for the most part both the rhetoric and the history are cookie cutter talking points.
And- remember: For many younger posters, the bulk of their political consciousness has been developed in the Alternative Facts era. Imagine if that concept had been put out there 10 years ago.
So yes, it is disconcerting. But in reality it is a small and obnoxiously loud number taking advantage of an open forum.
Some are glommed onto Plandemic and all of its messages....and I just can NOT wrap my head around it. We...at least those that are nurses....were all taught the value of evidence-based information and yet it seems there are many that just don't bother with it in life? Am saddened and stunned. My response (and I think I love this guy):
