JU summer 2011 hopefuls

I'm new at this posting thing but it seems really helpful to talk to other people going through the same process of finding good schools and applying for the highly competitive programs. I figured i would try and start a new thread for anyone who is applying for the program that start at JU in May of 2011! :) Best of luck to everyone

I didn't get in!! :( does anyone know how many spots are open for fall term?

I am sorry to hear that! :( Chamberlain is a great Nursing school though and I am sure you will love it! Good luck!

So, anyone set up their JU account yet? My email refuses to work! It keeps saying invalid user name or password...BUT I have checked and re-checked and I know I am putting in the right information.

It sucks because they said that all of our upcoming information will be sent to our JU email. Anyone having the same problem?

Oh...I have an appointment on Wed. to register for the Nursing classes....Exciting! :)

Hi everyone,

I am new to this discussion but I was accepted into the Transfer Program and will begin classes in May. I just wanted to kind of get to know a few people before the first day of class! But congrats to everyone who got into both programs. I have already registered for my classes, and activated my JU online account. But like Grenkr I can not log on to my email! I keep typing the correct email address and password and it keeps telling me it is invalid as well. I have even called the help desk and had my password reset, but it still will not work! But I am looking foward to getting to know everyone on here, and in the classroom :o

You may be able to do it online, but I just made an appointment because I thought it would be easier...plus I had a few more questions and a few things I had to pick up from the school anyway.

Welcome and congrats! I also got accepted into the tranfer program. If you have a Facebook add me, my name is Kristina Grenville....that way we can get to know each other before classes begin! How did you register for classes? I have an appointment with an advisor on Wed. to do that. We all have the same classes right?

The letter says once the payment is made you will be given a user name et cetera so I am unable to make the payment online right now but I am anxious to get started with everything.

Can anyone help with this?

I paid mine in person. You can either do that at the admissions office, or I believe there is a link on the website for admissions to make an enrollment fee. I saw it on there the other day.
