Is anyone waiting on letters from Jeff State for Fall "09???????:zzzzz

I don't know if it is because I started in the summer or what, but we have tests just about everyday. We have at least 3 tests a week. They throw a lot of information at you in a short amount of time. You do have a lot of self-study. I pretty much expected it to be hard, and I had a few friends that had been through the program that told me what to expect. The best advice is to know your stuff! Validations are killer, especially the asepsis. I can't stress the math enough. Again, I will help with anything, just ask! Good luck!

Hey guys. I'm in the JS program & just wanted to let you know one of my instructors said orientation would be the week of July 14th so I'm betting you guys start getting letters tomorrow. I would have loved this info when I was waiting on letters, so I thought I'd pass it along. Both full-time & part time orientations were within a couple of days of each other when I started. Hope you guys hear soon:specs:

Gosh I hope you're right! I've had a rough 48 hours! I think if I got a letter today, I would absolutely go biserk!!!!!!! Thanks for the info!

Thanks Howsoon! I was getting very paranoid wondering if my mail was lost or even worse..my application was thrown out!:confused: It seems as if all the nursing programs are a little late sending out the letters. Good luck to you in your nursing program!

Hey y'all I spoke today to someone in the nursing department at the Shelby campus and orientation for full time is going to be next wednesday July 15th at 1:30 pm. Congrats to all ! Look forward to meeting everyone

I GOT IN!!!!!! I received a call from the advisor to let me know that I got in to the part time program and that orientation is July 14!!! I am so excited. She said that the letters were in the mail but that she had to call to see if I wanted to accept or decline since orientation is in one week!!! If anyone else hears....please post!! Has anyone got letters from fulltime program? My nerves are shot & my mail always runs crazy. I am soooo paranoid that I won't get my letter on time. ok take a deep breath - just needed to vent - just cant stand not being prepared especially if orientation is NEXT WEEK

I know!! I haven't gotten anything either! I was hoping we would know something since orientation is a week from TOMORROW!!!! My nerves are out of control too. Let's just pray we get them tomorrow. Seriously. I don't know how much longer I can wait! Good luck to you!

P.S. I hope we get letters and not calls!! My phone is acting crazy and I don't want to miss the call!!!
