Psych nurse action figure ?
When I write my diet book I'll be sure to get an endorsalment deal.
One chapter will discuss that omega-3's found in fish, fish oil, krill oil, and the types made by our bodies, are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
Plant sources such as walnuts and flax seeds are high in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA has not been shown to have the same health benefits as DHA or EPA, but our bodies can convert ALA from plant sources into EPA and subsequently DHA.
Research has shown the EPA acts as a mood elevator and may play a role in preventing suicide.
It will be a long chapter.
Dear Jacob Rockstar-RN Psych Nurse Action Figure,
The unit where I work is receiving a group admission, a short-bus from an ER far, far away in another galaxy. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have for dealing with nine apathetic, sympathetic, diabetic old men on roller-skates, with a marked propensity for procrastination and sloth.
Thank you for being there for all of us!
No Stars In My Eyes
Dear Jacob Rockstor-RN Psych Nurse Action Figure,
REALLY? Wilford Brimley? In pink roller skates? Looking like one of the "WalMart People"?
How incredibly apt!
You are not only a perceptive psych nurse, but also a comedian.
Would you also consider being a contestant in next season's Dancing With The STARS?
I'd like to see some of your "action" ! Can you do a cartwheel? Could you lift me over your head? Would you go shirtless and give smoldering looks? I'd say we'd be a shoo-in for the glittering dance-hall-ball trophy!
Looking forward to your reply!
