I beefed up my summer course load and plan to take MAT 118, COM 102, and IVY 104, all online. Anyone else taking these?

Paying for it?

Well, I'm going to try and keep working. I'm also applying for the Inidiana nursing scholarship . My EFC was was like 1485 so she said I would get some grant money and I will probably do loans for the rest. My problem right now is trying to figure out how to pay for the all the things we need before we start. But, I will figure it out somehow. I need to go pay for my CPR class right now. It is on Tuesday.

Rock, when is Muncie's orientation?

Congrats to all who got in!!!! And anyone who is worried about money do not give up and say you will go later!!! that is what I did 17 years ago and am just now getting back to it. :banghead:

Are you sure about the date for the SSACI Scholarship? I'm looking at mine and it says August 15, 2008 is the cut-off.

I was looking over the packet and I think all I need is a Tetorifice shot and the TB skin test. It really was not too complicated. They sent out the nursing scholarship in our packet so that wouldn't be right if it is too late. I already sent mine in a long time ago so I did not look at the date.

Letters were sent Friday from Terre Haute campus? No mail came Saturday, so I broke down and went to the post office. Before mail gets to me it gets routed to Indy and then Bloomington, and then my town! Guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow for the official word!

Hope everyone stayed as dry as possible this past weekend. I am on the southside and it was soooooo bad down here. Hopefully this rain stops soon. Otherwise, I may have to invest in a house boat.

Our orientation is July 11th. It sucks only having a month and a few days to figure everything out!! Oh well, nothing I can do about it.

I'll have to go back and look at that scholarship. Maybe I was thinking of a different one. Thank you!
