Ivy Tech Spring 2011 Applicants

Hey, just seeing who's on here that will be applying with me. I'm applying to Muncie, Kokomo, and Ft. Wayne. I feel like this is all I think about already. I'm retaking a couple of pre reqs this summer to improve my score. I've already taken the teas but will probably retake it as I only received an 83. I've also attended all the nursing info sessions. What is everybody else doing to prepare? I'm so paranoid about forgetting something! I'm looking forward to talking with people in the same boat. Or if anyone who has already applied wants to share advice, I'd gladly listen!

Also got my letter today and got accepted at FW's ASN. I still can't believe it's real. I cried for a half hour after seeing it. WOW! So happy for you too Catnip, Congratulations! Looking forward to meeting you. Looks like we have a lot to get done before November 15. Congrats to the rest of the posters too on your acceptance.HopetoHeal

Congrats you two!!

I didn't get into Valpo RN, but am still waiting for Gary's letter next week. If not I will do the LPN and then transition;) I will get there!! So it seems like almost all the letters are out..except Gary...lol

CONGRATS AGAIN TO EVERYONE WHO IS IN AND READY TO START WORKING HARD THIS JAN!!!!!

I got into Indy so far, but am waiting on Valpos LPN letter and Gary's RN and LPN. I will take those over Indy;) I just wish they would come already!

Thanks. The 199 score I saw gave me some hope that my score will be good enough for lpn. I didn't get my rn letter yet but I know it will be a decline. 2 wks til the lpn letters are out!

Hi all! This is the first time I've posted, but I just got an acceptance letter for Kokomo Transition program with a 194.....I would prefer the Lafayette or my home campus (Lawrence which increases my score to a 197) but I haven't received letters yet. Anyone else applied to the same transition program campuses that I did? What were your scores?? Well wish me luck and to anyone waiting for a Kokomo transition position I hope I can give you mine!!!

I applied for both ASN and PN at fort wayne and got my accptance letter today for the PN program! I was so happy i cried! Alot of hard work!!

I am waiting on my letter. Here in Fort Wayne seems like a few people have gotten their letters already, where is mine? I am getting so anxious. I just want to know if I made it in or not.
