Ivy Tech Spring 2011 Applicants

Hey, just seeing who's on here that will be applying with me. I'm applying to Muncie, Kokomo, and Ft. Wayne. I feel like this is all I think about already. I'm retaking a couple of pre reqs this summer to improve my score. I've already taken the teas but will probably retake it as I only received an 83. I've also attended all the nursing info sessions. What is everybody else doing to prepare? I'm so paranoid about forgetting something! I'm looking forward to talking with people in the same boat. Or if anyone who has already applied wants to share advice, I'd gladly listen!

My score is a 207. How about yours?

Well I have GREAT news for you. There is someone who got accepted into FW ASN with a 195, so you, my friend, are golden! CONGRATS!! I applied for PN with a scary 183! Fingers crossed! Congrats again! I'm positive you'll get your letter tomorrow. Don't forget to post when you do!

You know I really do hope that my letter comes soon! If I don't get it by 2morrow then it will make for a pretty long 3 day weekend. I don't want to assume that I made it in. I started to think that maybe I messed up on my application or maybe I forgot to turn in something. I will definately post if I do get the letter. Thanks! Good luck to you too!

Yeah I just get a little anxious. Okay I think I am gonna go to bed. Had a chemisty test today and I am tired. Tommorrow is a new day and possibly my whole life will change too. Have a good night!

I did....applied to lawrance lafayette and kokomo transition...only heard from kokomo.

I got my decline letter from ft wayne today. I'm not surprised but still was hoping for a miracle. Still waiting on kokomo and muncie lpn. If those don't work out, my backup plan is iuk next fall.

Hey teboz, I applied to the Lafayette transition program and got an acceptance letter a couple of days ago. My score was 212.

What did you apply with? I have a 209. Do you know if a lot applied? With the responses I've seen here, there are only about three of us on this forum.

I only had a 194 for kokomo and lafayette....and a 197 for indy. I got one B and it really affected the score I wanted......but I'm hopeful to get closer to home.....but there is always kokomo. By the way I confused by kokomos start dates...if I'm a new lpn within the two years, is the start january or may?
