For virtual ATI, their contents contains everything you need to know for the exam, and their practice test mimic the exam as well. Their predictor and practice tests are way harder than the actual nclex itself. They summed up everything, pharmacology, pediatrics, maternity, med-surg, mental health, and all that in their learning activities. Try it you wont regret it on day of exam. With saunders, I read system by system and did pages questions, and used the CD to practice questions especially SATAs.
If you put in like 6 hours everyday, virtual ATI can only take you two-three weeks to finish everything. I mean with going through the learning activities and taking the practice test and doing post-test assessment. For saunders say about a month if you want to finish the whole book. But I sued saunders while in school so I did littel reveiw of systems and areas where ATI think I needed remediation. I also used saunders for ATI remediation as well. The best thing is to practice questions and use saunders and ATI for content where you're weak. Re-read them over. Just follow the virtual ATI plan. They will give you a plan according to the information you provided to them. Goodluck.!!

It's official I passed the NCLEX RN with 75Qs. My advice for people. Use one source to study. I will advice people to do the virtual ATI because they have a coach that will guide you. Any questions on how I prepare further I am here to answer. Don't kill yourself over this exam. Goodluck y'all:)
