Congrats!!!! What I big relief! I personally thought NCLEX was the worst test ever, but I was only overreacting because I got more than 3 SATA when I expected less! haha! Those alternative item questions can make you loose confidence fast!
NCLEX is totally passable if you just study right!

I just found out that I officially passed the NCLEX-RN. What a relief!!!!! I took it yesterday, March 26th. The computer shut off at 75 questions and I freaked out...even though I honestly thought I was doing fine. It only took me 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was shakin' all over and had tears in my eyes when I finished. I could not believe that it went by so fast. I know this sounds weird but, it really wasn't that bad the questions were pretty straight forward and it was more about common sense than anything else.
I got a ton of SATA's, 3 drag and drops, a few meds that were familiar... and there were like about 4 that I did not know the answer AT ALL and just tried to make an educated guess.
I used Saunders Comprehension, PDA,NCLEX 4000 and Kaplan QTrainers. I recommend all of these. Saunders has EVERYTHING for content. It's a huge book to digest but it's a must. I only did the questions that came after each chapter. I did some of their alternate format ones, too. I don't recommend doing the other ones because they are not NCLEX style. The KAPLAN QTrainers were in fact harder that the NCLEX and honestly after doing those...I was comfortable when I was doing my test...it seemed like another QTrainer. The NCLEX 4000's alternate format ones, especially the SATA were so much like the NCLEX.
I did the PVT, got the good popup! Today I saw my name on the board, YAYYY!
Good luck to everyone who is taking the NCLEX! NEVER LOSE CONFIDENCE. Say to yourself everyday that you CAN do this!!!
