Hello - The title is really self explantory. I work in ICU in Dublin , although I'm originally from Belfast and have worked in Belfast , Hull , Birmingham and Dublin.

I was in Ireland about 4 1/2 years ago and loved it; I have some distant relatives that live there.

Dublin reminded me on NYC, except everybody drives on the wrong side of the road and talks with an accent (come to think of it, they do that in NYC too...except they'll even drive on the sidewalk!!).

As far as not following the discussion, well, somtimes I can't follow them either; that may actually be a blessing!

Although not Irish, but who really knows in the USA, I do have a penchant for Tullamore Dew and Guinness...so maybe there is a tiny bit of Irish blood in me somewhere.

One of the reasons I agreed to move to Swansea was because it'd be so much easier for us to get to Ireland. We love it and go as often as we can. I think Galway and west of it has stolen my heart.
