I just don't know how to stop this, but almost every single day, the Kinder or 1st grade teachers ALWAYS brings me some kid with slight pink-ish eyes and say they have pink eye. I know the difference but they don't and if I deny the child having "Pink eye", they get mad. How do I explain them the difference between allergies and pink eye?

Make an information sheet contrasting the two things side by side and put it in every employees mailbox. It's the most direct method to get the word across, after this no one can say they don't know.
I agree with the teacher, yes, the student's eye is pink. Then I explain there are multiple causes for "pink eye", and I do not believe this case is bacterial. If they want to argue, I listen, then say I believe this student is well enough to be at school. Sometimes I will wax poetic on the causes being viral, allergic, an irritant, and continue rambling until their eyes glaze over. I'm at a high school and the teachers are very supportive of my opinion, generally. I do use the chart and share with them if they have more questions. Elementary teachers are a different breed than high school.
