Happy Monday!! As the board is getting a little more quiet, I thought I would do a quick roll call and see what everyone has going on this week! I think another poster passed their CPNE last weekend! Who is testing this week and what are you all working on?
I am still working on LS3, but almost through all material, and hopefully taking practice exams this week and if all goes well, hope for a cancellation for Friday, but so far not one date has opened up this week so I am still scheduled for the 31st. Scheduling my physical with titers for the next week and my background check too! Whoo hoo! I also emailed my adviser to see if I could take the 1st "preparing for CPNE" online conference for May 31 without having my theory exams done, it doesn't specify on the website.
What is everyone else up to?

I passed Micro this past saturday so i'm done with all my gen eds finally :) Now I am working on Health and safety. Last night I dusted off my fundamentals book from LPN school and then I copied, hole punched, and binded my Studygroup 101 notes from my cd and made a book. I plan to take this exam in 2 weeks.
Good Luck everyone :redbeathe

Boy, AN has just about everything for nurses doesn't it? :)
I just found this topic (distance learning that is) I am wanting to go back to school and want to do it online for many reasons - I'm a single mom, have a farm full of animals, and am very self motivated.
So in answer to the question - I'm going to be filling out MSN apps this week. So far, I am going to apply to U of Cincinnati, and a probably to U. Southern Alabama.
Any advice about online FNP programs would be appreciated!

I'm working on message board posting for my class. I'm enjoying the afterglow of receiving 200 out of 200 points on a paper that I worked on all last week :) I'm still thrilled to back at Chamberlain for the MSN. Good luck to everyone in studying this week!

The next few weeks are going to be super busy for me!!!
I have the FCCA coming to my house on 5/31 due on 6/10. I have A&P scheduled on 6/7. I have to squeeze in Microbiology sometime in July and I have three months to prep for the CPNE!
Going to the doctors on the 6th of next month. After reading all these posts, I decided I am going to see about getting a low dose of Xanax. I can't afford a $3000 mistake 1500 miles from home... my nerves have got to be under control!!!
