So I heard though the grapevine that Banner is no longer hiring ADN new grads. I wanted to see if my fellow peeps out there heard anything. I wanted to get a PCT jobs with Banner in hopes of getting hired on once I've completed my RN. But if Banner is no longer hiring ADN new grads then that will change my course of action.
Thanks
I do believe you can get a new grad job at a valley hospital by working as a PCA/PCT while in school. You must be enrolled in a RN-BSN program like NAU so that you can start completing the BSN once you are finished with your ADN. I'm interviewing at Banner for a PCA position and from what I've heard you can get a job at Banner as a new grad ADN, but you must be enrolled in a BSN program and be a current employee. But I will see once May rolls around. :)

Interesting info regarding hospitals and BSNs.
- a 10% increase in BSNs employed equates to a 5% reduction in mortality and failure to rescue
- Magnet facilities hire more BSNs
