Hi Everyone,
I'm new here and hopefully I'm posting this in the right area. I'm currently an LVN in Ca and looking into a 1 year LVN-RN on-line program based out of Fl. The name of the school is called International College of Health Sciences based out of Boyton Beach, Fl. I was just wondering if anyone here has had some experiences in dealing with this school, currently attending, or could provide any insight into the program. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

So to be honest its ALOT of YOU knowing your context and you putting the time. It's an easy way to get your license dnt expect instructors to give u a blue print or info on midterms because they dnt even know whats on the test. Study your EAQ’s, HESI NCLEX book purchase recommend and start now.
good luck! It can be done just make sure u place the effort and study ? study! And then once u graduate from IcHS then study study for your NCLEX

“Blue Print” is right on the nose! Don’t expect a “step by step” guide on what’s gonna be on your exams. HESI makes the exams….

Real-life for ICHS is : Pass rate 2018 to 2020 = 67.61% 2 out of 3 pass. Subsequent rates are 40 % pass each additional time for all programs.
That’s why it’s always best to do what’s best for you! People will bring up these “pass rates” all day long but at the end of the day, you do what you feel is right for you.

Aren't even these teacher-constructed tests? Who writes the questions? Well if it is HESI, how do they know what was taught?
There are so many outside influences for evaluating your performance but the teaching is internal.

It’s best if you contact an advisor in regards to the in-depth of questions. I’m just here to let you all know it’s a “legit” school and yes people are licensed in Ca.
I am almost done and good luck to those of you starting November 2021!
Take care!

That’s valid enough for me! Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sincerely looking forward to attending. Take care & good luck on the exit and NCLEX @YappaYee

Who is your admissions advisor?
I'm starting Nov 8th and asked about taking Pharm with Med Surg and Psych but my admissions advisor said it's not possible... How did you get around this?
I'd really hate to waste an entire semester taking a 3 unit Pharm class.
