It's nice to see a post from someone who likes their job! I have been working as a CNA for 3 years on my current unit at a hospital, and will start as an RN on the same unit this Wednesday. I am nervous about my change in role, but I darnit, I like my unit and my coworkers, and I like my job, too!!! Thanks for sharing the happiness!
I am currently working in a speciality that I NEVER thought of myself in, and love it!
A schedule that works well for me, a good fit for my skill set, awesome team members and a wonderful manager. Education and growth are encouraged and supported. I have the tools and resources to provide quality care to my patients.
Sometimes it really takes working a challenging environment to really appreciate a great job where you are a good fit.
I like this thread too:)

I like my job.
I love the patient care part of it.
There have not been enough bad apples to discourage me.
My coworkers are great despite being human.
My bosses work every bit as hard as I do if not more.
There's your positivity pollution for the day!
