Im so freak out about the entrance exam at Greater Lowell Tech !!!

Hi y'all I'm taking the test this upcoming saturday (the 1st entrance test) at Greater Lowell and I will like some advices/opinions/essays topics of those who took it already....I'm just scared about the essay because I have no idea of the topic, if there's any choice of topic and English is my second language (I know everyone keep telling me I'm doing great but..it doesn't change that much), Please if you know anyone who's going there or went there inquire for me , please!!

P.S: How long does it take to be notify about your test results ?

hi Annabans,, I know how you must be feeling about the shift issue ,, I wanted day too but it was full , so they offered me nights and I grabbed it, so its nice to know atleast theres someone on the night shift that I can relate to. yeeeeey. about the work shift , I think you can always change your schedule, maself am trying to hunt around for 11 to 7am shifts around Lowell, haven't been lucky yet. so congratulations on everything , hope you get your congratulations letter soonest.

Hello dear future nurses,

Im not even in the intensive program yet , I cant log in more often to congrats and motivated GLTHS applicants that freak out & stressed as i did.

To you all, I sincerely apologize.

From the bottom of my heart, my congrats go to @annabans, nakiwala @hurryupandwork...i was admitted in the day program since december with @maddiex13, i guess its all filled up now. Well its the same program, we all part of class 2014 now...i have the allnurses app on my phone, dont know why i have to check my mails to figure out someone has replied *definitely needs an update!*

Enjoy ur lil summer, because as from aug 26th, we won't have a break till christmas

Well, taking some summer classes, so i guess my next summer will be 2015' coz next year i will be stressing for the NCLEX-PN!!!

Hey Everyone!,

I just got my informational packet for the program today.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the packets should be coming by soon with all the information. And to give a quick summary the packets contains a list of text books that are required, the uniform fitting information/cost, the health form that needs to be filled by you and your doctor, and the summer classes registration forms (1 for the boot camp, 1 for medical terminology).

I am definitely nervous and anxious for sure!!!!!! And like nakiwala said it is $75.00 for the course and an extra $50.11 for the book as well.

Orientation is right around the corner!!!!!!

I am totally excited but equally nervous! I can't believe that in just a few weeks we will beginning a crazy journey to become nurses! I most likely won't take the terminology course but I will be attending as many days of the boot camp as possible. Of course I have a Micro final the same day as the first day of boot camp week.
