Own my own restaurant. Yea I know typical but I LOVE to cook for people, not so much myself but for others. I am a great cook and have actually thought about taking classes at CIA, Culinary Institute of America. I may still do this but Nursing School is my goal right now. If I save up enough money after getting my RN I think I want to do their 30 week certificate program in California, and then open my own sustainable bistro. I know the restaurant business is risky but I LOVE to cook more importantly I love to feed others.
Having had a successful photography career that I'm now leaving for nursing...
I'd never want to be paid to do something I love again. It's so easy to burn yourself out on something you held as a pleasurable activity once you turn it into an obligation. I can't wait to be a nurse and shoot for fun again, not for clients and for money.
I would breed dogs, little yippy toy breeds. If I could afford it, I'd keep popping out babies. Not sure anyone would pay me for that though --- I'd take like, oh, 5 or 6 more kids.
Hey, there are those of us who are going to need surrogate mothers when we go to start a family - you can definitely get paid for popping out babies, as long as you don't particularly want to keep them! (Some people ask for pretty amazingly high fees, which makes me sad, personally, as I don't want to think about having to pay someone $20k on top of IVF and medical expenses to bake my bun in their oven, but it must be a great gig for them! Professional uterus!)

If you could be paid decently to pursue any career or hobby outside of nursing, what would you do?
I would either be a travel photographer or own a knitting or book store :)
How about you?
