If you could be paid decently to pursue any career or hobby outside of nursing, what would you do?
I would either be a travel photographer or own a knitting or book store :)
How about you?

I'd like to be:
1) An obscenely wealthy, influential person, acting in a philanthropist role to give money to worthwhile causes.
2) A Dog or Horse Whisperer.
I'd like to be a long term product tester of products I'd want to use, for instance:
That F250 to pull that nice RV to a variety of camp sites, testing them all out for years and years:D
Also test out all the new electronic gizmos, computers and DSLR's:D
Then of course all those big ticket items that go in homes, heating and air, W/D's 'Fridges, Dishwashers...you get the picture:D.
Not only would I get the products free and when they break replaced free, but I'd get paid a whole GOB of money:D to make sure these items stand the test of time and me.
Fun question BTW
I would be doing something pertaining to either historic preservation or interior design. I plan to take coursework in both over the years as I can fit them in. Eventually I would love to parlay both interests into some sort of paid hobby and/or third career well down the road.
Now if only I could get hired so I could get on with my second career...
Bake fancy cupcakes, learn asian cuisine, be a paid foodie, bar tender, maybe be even a celebrity assistant
I would like to be the taste tester for your cupcakes! I just got home from work, and enjoyed a cupcake with the seven swirls on it with a big glass of milk. My craving for sweets has been satisfied...
