First you need to read the sticky: FAQ: The Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE)
Then you can do a Google search using the search feature at the top right of your screen and the keyword "CRNE" because there are hundreds of posts on this subject. All the information is there for you already.
i did that already... thank you so much...
i also understand that each province in canada has different requirements for crne.
i want to ask specifically the crne process and requirements for toronto, ontario.
pls..
i havent done anything yet.. i dont know what to do.
thank you so much... im so sorry for the hassle done...

Moved to the International forum as per the red banner.
You need to apply to the college of registered nurses for Ontario and meet their requirements for IEN. There are several threads here discussing application to Canada have you read any of them?
Remember you are not applying for CRNE but license to be a RN in Canada taking the exam is just the end part of the process.

i did already and they said to check the cno site... but when i checked the site, i didnt understand. it didnt say the step by step process for ien, the requirements for ien, etc... its very hard to understand......
what i saw are the dates of the crne exam and thefees....
its not user-friendly... sorry...
There are two ways in which you can show proof of safe nursing practice.
If you are working as a nurse, the College will need a reference from your most recent employer verifying that you have worked a minimum of 1,125 hours in nursing within the previous five years at the time of registration. Ask your employer to complete the Verification of Employment and Reference (B-4) form that is included in your Application Package. Your employer must return the form to the College.
If you have not worked as a nurse, but you did graduate from an approved RN or RPN program within the last five years, the College will accept verification of program completion as proof of recent practice.
i dont have an experience yet... ill be starting my volunteer duty or as a nurse trainee this coming monday in a primary hospital.
while waiting for a tertiary hospital here in our place to have a vacancy.
i graduated last march 2008 then continued masters degree on june 2008. i took the nursing licensure exam here in the phils last november 2008. i got registered on march 26, 2009.
hopefully, ill finish my masters degree on january 2009.
even though i didnt finish my masters degree yet, is it ok for me to apply even though under the above stated condition?
This gives the steps that you need to do

Do you mean finish your Masters in 2010 as Jan 09 has already been and gone? As long as you are licensed in the Philippines and have a completed set of transcripts then you can apply (that is my understanding)
When you were looking at the CNO website did you see the link to The Registration Guide for Internationally Educated Nurses http://www.cno.org/international_en/index.html? I found it in under a minute. It's very comprehensive and includes some self-assessment tools that help move you through the site. And it contains ALL the information or contact information for people who have accurate and up-to-date information right there on the site.

thank you so much for the site..:) i really appreciate it a lot..:)
Although I can't see any figures on the website looking at other provinces they seem to be looking at Overall band score no lower than 6.5 with a speaking band score of
7.0 on the academic test and you need to do academic. If in doubt I would suggest you contact CNO and ask them what they are looking for in English exam
