what are the specific requirements and what should i do to apply?

i visited the site given in the other posts/threads but all i can see are the dates, fees, etc..

what are the requirements and what should i do first? how long is the processing time?

The cno assessment is really slow.Be patient,wait ...My assessment took over 8ms!Can u believe it?!Now, I think I have to wait for bridging program for IENs .I don't know how long I have to wait?Is there anyone applying for the bridging program?
