Hello, I'm Susan, a nursing instructor in an ADN program. I have been visiting this site for a while on the recommendation of one of my students, and finally decided to register. I suppose I should tell you a little about my self. I am 43, and the mother of a 19 year old boy, and a 17 year old girl. In addition to teaching, I work per diem in the Intensive Care Unit of a local hospital, to keep my skills sharp, and because I love patient care. I do some private tutoring as well. I enjoy reading, music of all kinds, horseback rkiding, and hiking. I am a big science fiction and fantasy fan, too. If there is anything else you would like to know about me, please ask. I think I'm going to like it here.
Wellcome to this forum, yes you will be addicted! I am also a teacher, but working freelance, and after 3,5 years with canser children (sarkoma) , I am working as a emplouee nurse at the same hospital. I love it!- Even I kow what hight tech ICU units are for children. A apologize my bad English, but I am writing for learning, so dont hesitate to correct me!
