Hello People,

I am just writing to say that my RN journey is now over.

After 2+ years of hard working my works comes to an end.

But it is an AMAZING ONE!!!! because today I Became a

Graduate Nurse....!!!! YESSSSSS:D

I did it, I have everyone and their mothers throwing rocks

and hoops along my way, but with determination, and will power I pulled through!

I am so happy ya'll!!!

Now onto getting ready for the boards, and starting my bachelors!

if i did it, you can do it...

It is cool now to go on and look behind, at the threads that I have started when I began Nursing school... I have grown so much!!!!

- Congratulations self! you did it :lol2:

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask you, OP:

You mentioned that after boards you are going on to get your BSN - so will you be seeking a job as an RN w/ an ADN after you get certified and then take BSN classes while you're working as a nurse? I am wondering because I am thinking that I want to get my ADN at my local community college and then go straight to an RN-to-BSN program at a larger university without working in between, but I don't know anyone who has done that or how often that is done, so I wasn't sure if my plans made sense or not. Thanks!

I just finished another thread of yours about your first day of nursing school (and beyond)! Then I saw this! CONGRATULATIONS you worked so hard in nursing school and also had a job... amazing stuff!! Enjoy your graduation ceremony! =)

Congratulations!

Just want to chime in and say congrats to you!!! I just defeated the odds against me and I have graduated from an RN program yesterday, looking forward to passing the NCLEX soon and will be starting my BSN courses in the Fall. Yes, perseverance and prayer got me through. I cannot stop thanking God. He has truly blessed me. And if I can do it...then anyone with the passion and determination can achieve it.

the RN to BSN program can be done 100% online, and it should take you about 12-18 months, most nurses start working with their ADN while going through the bridge program.

Congratulations! :balloons: I remember when you first started nursing school!

Congrats to you! I don't know you personally but I'm always so proud of people who pull through nursing school because it gives me MORE hope that I can do it too!

Congratulations!

I am waiting for the day that I too will be able to say that and jump for joy.

:)

Carlos, that is AWESOME! I remember when you posted your first day experience and that seriously seems like just a month ago. I don't suppose time goes that fast when you're in the thick of it, though. :D

Parabéns! You're an inspiration to those of us on the brink of it.
