I passed!!!!

I took the RN NCLEX on Wednesday August 29 and found out on Friday I passed! I am so excited. This journey is over for now. I started school at age 41 and am now 44. I was a stay at home mom prior to that. This has really built my confidence and now feel if i can conquer three years of nursing schol while raising a teen ager I can conquer anything. I plan to go on for my BSN but am taking a break and working full time, I have to put my daughter through cosmetolgy school now. :balloons:

congrats and all that 2 u for passing! but working as a new rn is no break! no how! no way!

ps. orientation is a steep hurdle to breach, my friend!

(i had 150 on my exam), i took a little longer to gain altitude is all!

WOW!! That is awesome. So what are clinicals and nursing school like? I am about to apply in a year...and i'm SCARED to death..but I want nothing else but to become a nurse.

Now get ready to work harder and prepared a bucket for a pouring $$$ to come :lol2: (just kidding, we don't really get paid enough for the hard work we have to put, but I got my bucket ready anyway).
