^Thanks guys!
As for studying, I studied the Saunders CD too. I Broke it down to a couple questions everyday. I also switched up the content areas like every 50 just to change things up. That way if I didn't finish everything I got to hit some different areas. On my test, I had alot of priority questions. For example, it gave me 4 different patients and asked which one I would attend to first. I also had a couple of religion questions. I didn't expect those so I'd probably glance at the religious beliefs for a section. I didn't have that many questions of medications. Maybe one or two. My friend's test was mostly "choose all that apply". Just read the Saunders's first or second chapter on test taking skills. It helped me alot. I reviewed the CD alot and it helped me out. GOOD LUCK!!! I wish you all the best of luck!
I get a lot of encouragement by reading the posts in this forum! I'm scheduled to take NCLEX next month. My school required us to buy Saunders our first semester so we've basically been reviewing all along. I'm confident but still studying very hard. Thanks to everyone for all the encouraging words! I know I'm not in this alone. :)

I finally got my results today and I found out I passed!!! When I took it I had 205 questions. After 2 and a half weeks of waiting it finally came today. I'm so relieved. I thought I failed at first but through prayer I passed! :balloons: For those who didn't take it or have to take it again DON'T STRESS. I stressed the first time and I failed. The second time I slept early the night before, I didn't study the whole day before, and I had a big breakfast. Just RELAX!
