Is there a dress code where you work? If not mind your business and let her discover the inherent dangers of her clothing and footwear choices. I once told a new doctor who liked open toed shoes to be careful in room 12 because the patient liked to masturbate a lot and while housekeeping was trying to keep it clean she was still likely to step in a puddle of semen? She wore closed shoes after that.

I'm not sure why you're telling me to "mind my own business" when I wasn't the one to report this person. I'm just saying how stiletto is inappropriate in that setting.

But to address your post - I have never in 18 years of psych nursing seen a Dr. or NP run away from to towards a psych emergency.

She is going to d/c various antipsychotics.
Is anything up? Post seems oddly out of character for oldmahubbard.
