Specializes in Emergency Dept. Trauma. Pediatrics.
I just got an offer in the ED. I was working as a Pediatric nurse since the end of June and you are supposed to have 6 months experience to not be considered a New Grad in WY but the manager still wanted to interview me so I drove out there and interviewed and got an offer today!!!!
Of all my clinicals in school I only spent like 2 days in the ED but that was the only clinical that I felt at "home" and loved it. Not just the ED itself but he people. The managers said I have a total ED personality and will fit well there. I am not sure but I am excited and nervous none the less!
