I just ordered a Zuca bag for school

Hello all! I was reading a thread about gear for school and a few people recommended these Zuca bags. I had been looking at other bags, but these seem much better for our needs! Thought I'd share! Can't wait to get mine. :p

That looks really nice but it's expensive!!!

I use a scrapbooking bag that's a little larger than that and still have a hard time fitting all of my books into it. My scrapbooking bag rolls, has a handle that can be pushed down and has more compartments than the Zuca. Just advice for anyone on a budget! You can usually find a scrapbooking bag on Craigslist for $20.

I'm jealous! I wanted to get one so bad but just couldn't swing it. My ONLY complaint about the Zuca is during the snow months I wouldn't want to roll it. So although it has the handle on top, I'd like it to have a strap so I can throw it over my shoulder when needed...ya know? Take a pic and post when you get it and get it loaded up with ALL your stuff :)

Yeah, it was pretty expensive, but I'm hoping it will last for several years. A little secret..I used my JPMorgan Chase Leisure Rewards points from using my debit card to buy it. I had enough points to get 2, $100 gift cards for Amazon, so the cost for me was nothing. :yeah:

I wish they invented this back in the early 80s. Trust me, I would give my children this when they get to high school. Books are so heavy and they stunt your growth. I totally would buy this for nursing but wow...so expensive. lolz.

They are pretty expensive. I've been debating getting one myself. My daughter wants one for skating. We'll see though. I've looked at my campus and there aren't any stairs or elevators.

Have you considered whether you really need to be carrying enough stuff to fill that bag around with you? Do you really use all of the materials that you carry?

Yes she will need all the space she can get... you have to carry books, notebooks, binders, etc...... for more than one class.. it adds up and is heavy!!!! So if it helps by all means go for it!!

Well, I start NS this Fall, so I don't know, but I can also travel with it.
