I got my acceptance letter yesterday!! Yea! I'm so excited but really overwhelmed. I wasn't expecting to get in so soon. I was planning on taking A&P I and Micro next semester and A&P II in the summer and being ready for next fall. So now to my surprise I have to take all of that with my nursing classes.
How did you get into nursing school without taking A&P 1? Every school in our state requires A&P??!!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :balloons:

Our school only requires that you have Biology and Chemistry completed in order to put in the application. Then you have to have A&P I and CNA completed by the time the program starts.
Of course, with as many applications as they get, nobody ever gets in that way anymore.

stpaulilgirl, I think some schools have it set up to where you are accepted into the program then take all the classes for the program...of course, I'm not sure about how this one is set up. I thought I'd just give a lil' tidbit of info. lol

Thanks for the "lil tidbit" :rotfl: I am not very familiar with many things concerning nursing.....boy, I wished they had it set up like that here.
I think I did ok yesterday on my 2nd lab test (tissues, skin and nervous tissue) with my impossible instructor.
Now its my turn to learn 'them bones' gotta git me my own 'lil cowboy' :chuckle
Y'all have a wonderful weekend and stay out of trouble!
