Something happened to me at Wednesday that i thought i would never hear.
I was told by my team leader that bouncing breasts are very inappropriate in the workplace.
There had been several complains on me for a long time (she claims).
And that i from now on, always had to use a bra.
Was she right to correct me like that, should i complain on her ?
i haven't tried, but i am sure i will not pass the pencil test (or even a dozen pencils).after what i can remember, my size is 40ddd so i have a hard time finding good ones.
but i will consider getting a professional bra fitting :)
good grief, if you're a triple d, what made you think that leaving the house without a bra was appropriate or in good taste? ever? i can see it if you're a triple a, but triple d?
There was a male nurse at my job, reprimanded for not wearing underwear...It was quite apparent as he went waltzing down the hall and you could see the male kind of "jiggling" under his scrub pants, bumping along..
So, yeah...wear a bra...it may not only be your coworkers complaining, but patients and families also.
And I cant imagine NOT wearing a bra helps with your back pain at all.
My reason for not wearing one, is that i get very easy shoulder painfrom the bra straps
. It's not to get attention !
Go get fitted for a bra from a professional fitter. I am a 34DD and by wearing the right type of bra, I do not have shoulder pain. When I was pg/nursing, I wore a 36G....and again, by wearing a good bra---my shoulders did not hurt. Trust me on this. I wouldn't be caught dead without a bra---I do not like to draw attention to my breasts!
1 while there are times and certain outfits that I love to be without a bra in. Scrubs are not them. The material just irritates my nipples too much. I am not large breasted and I thank God for it. But certain materials do rub me the wrong way.
2. To whoever it was. my "Tramp Stamps" do not show when I bend over, or reach or whatever. I do not like the term tramp stamp. I have many tattoos and I do mean many.
3. I always wear sports bras at work. They are heavenly comfortable to work in.
What a hilarious post.
We had a lady who came to work without underwear. She would wear white scrubs....and well, um... she had black hair so you could see.
I don't understand why it seems that there are quite a few people out there who don't care how they look before they go to work (any work). I am very self concious about my breasts, but that's probably because I am a guy. LOL. And since someone has mentioned it.... scrubs do hurt my nipples also.

This isn't an issue of being "too sexy" or suggestive, or whatever.
You asked, and I'm answering.
YES. Wear a bra. Nothing ellicits "oh brother" like boobs swinging around like a fan. It hurts NOT to wear a bra. It isn't a woman's rights issue (I am all FOR equal rights, fyi). Your issue is not without solutions. You are not the only one with shoulder pain.
Boobs are natural. So is sweaty butts. So is odor from an unkept mouth....you get the drift. But all things that are "natural" isn't necessary something that everyone wants to experience close up.
I'd also recommend basic hygiene. Clean clothes, reliable transportation...
Be the best you can be.
