It finally happened! After 5 long years of multiple screw ups and 2 try's at probation I finally got the letter that I successfully completed my 2 year contract and I am now off probation!! It's such a relief to not call into first lab daily and live under the BON's thumb! Keep your eye on the prize ladies and gents...it is doable!Happy dance!
im happy for you and glad you made it . but this does not happen in every state.
in az , you go on probation , no one will hire you the bd knows this, the probation stipulation says you must work 18 hrs a week, so then they revoke your license.
it has happened to many some a patient was not involved nor was drugs .
If I knew what I knew now I would never get into nursing. your life is an open book .
