After waiting for 72 hrs I just found out yesterday morning that I failed. All along I thought i have pass. I dont know what went wrong. I did my best I took kaplan classroom course for 3 mos, i finished saunders, im always getting good grades on my test drills and yet i failed. This is my first time for NCLEX-RN but i feel so bad. Next year i will already move to NY i just thought I will have a new career as I move their. But im still positive I will take the test again, im just waiting for the NYS educ evaluation form so i will know what went wrong.
Now, i just really dont know where to start again? Coz i devoted most of my time studying and just to find out that I fail really makes me sad. Pls can anyone help me start all over again?
Thanks everyone. I really appreciate all the support and advice that your giving to me. Yes, I will take a little break first and be sure that I am emotionally and mentally ready before I sign up for Suzannes plan. With your help, support and God's grace I know I can get through this.:nuke:
For the thread that I post before that I stopped at 75 since its closed already i will just post it here.
Yes, I will take the test again and will just need to prepare myself emotionally and mentally and I will now use Suzanne's plan though I will still call kaplan and see what they can do (since I heard from my classmates that many failed).
Regarding the retrogression, I don't have any worries with it since I have a different visa and will already move to NY next year.:nuke:
I feel for you I failed 4 times and hate to admit it... I tried Kaplan also and didn't work for me. It's one thing when you feel like you failed and prepare yourself for failing but when your sure and feel good that you passed and then BOOM.. you fail. I know what your saying I felt like I passed this time and sat for 245 questions which stunk. Take time to get over feeling bad and get right back on the train and try something else and retake them again and again. Hope you feel better soooon and Good Luck!!
SOrry to hear you didn't pass. But you are not alone. I took the test 3 times. It can be done. Take everyone's advice and take some time off, then come back refreshed and study like you have never taken this before. And definately do Suzanne's plan. Stay positive, and tell yourself that you WILL pass next time. Good luck!:icon_hug:
I'm a newbie here. I've read alot about the Suzanne's Plan and I'm planning to try it.:nuke:
hello jhowana, I know how you feel because I have failed once as well. Just don't give up. Take a break and when you get your confidence back start studying again. Try Suzanne's Plan I've read alot of successful stories using it....Godbless! :nuke:

Don't be to discouraged, i failed the exam twice.
You need some time off and then start studying again.
I took ten days off and started Suzanne's Plan which I believe will help me.
You should try it.
