I thought I would start a thread for those who have applied, do that we can keep each other posted on what is going on with the process. Also here to promote tons of positivity for everyone.
Hello everyone, I have been reading comments on here since I submitted my application (months ago) just to see what the rest of the world was doing regarding this scholarship. I have EFC of 0 and currently enrolled in a 20 month Associate RN program, with 7 months to go.
I told a friend about this scholarship and she got a letter today, the letter was stamped 9/17 and the envelope was marked 9/19. I think it came from the department of health and human services, in blue writing, it said congratulations (in the letter, not the envelope) but gave little information regarding when the cash would be dispersed...we all know thats the important part.
Just thought I would share, good luck everyone.
Oh yea......no letter for me today!!
