2013-2014 HRSA Nursing Scholarship Program

I know it is entirely too early but I wanted to get a thread going for all of you who are planning to apply for the NSP this upcoming year. I know it is becoming more and more popular and there are always questions and people wanting to share experiences and such so I hope this thread will become helpful! I have signed up to get the alert for when the application is available for the 2013-2014 FY and hope to meet others who will be applying as well.

I'm still under review so I'll take that as a good sign, but if I don't get this, God will still provide. While this would be pretty awesome if I did get it:yeah:, if i don't... I'm STILL going to be a N:nurse:RSE! I am still excited and most of all GOD IS STILL GOOD:yes:! I have other aid in place right now and I am as prepared as I'll ever be. So no, I will not complain... I claim VICTORY on this journey with or without this scholarship! To all of the believers out there, be FAITHFUL! He's got you!

I have aid in place too, but like the previous poster, my summer semester has cost close to $18,000. I am still "under review" as well. Praying for it and wishing for it. Lol

my application still under review. I called and the agent said its ok that this means they are still reviewing my application and better to be under review then not so im still patiently waiting for a response and hopefully I get it. It would be so much help. :)

My application is still under review also. The last thing I was told was to make sure to check my email on the weekends.

Mine says under review but I have no worries. To all, I advise you not to worry because that will only bring you more stress. Worrying will not add a single benefit to your current situation. So just relax and let GOD do what he does best and keep the faith! :)
