I am 52.
I am physically fit and in superior health.
Just curious what the age range for men is.

25. A quarter of a century *sigh*...haha jk I wish I was more physically fit. It's hard to keep up when I have so much free time now that school is over (ironic eh? lol). Food is always amazing...Living the "bachelor life" according to my friends.

If you have the free time, that is perfect time to start working on you while you are young.
At 48 I was a mess. 40#s overweight, Cholesterol through the roof, Triglycerides, borderline type 2, ...
Bought P90X, went to town and never looked back.
I see pictures of when I was obese and it is sad to see that I let me get in that poor of condition.
I thank God for opening my eyes.
You can do it.

26. Not terribly fit, but I have a history of being a climbing instructor and playing in circus classes, and Asian metabolism. Genetics has given me salt and pepper status in my twenties, though I'm not complaining.

Wasn't trying to be braggadocios. My apologies.Merely, I didn't think there would be that many older guys in my age group trying to be nurses and only trying to be inspiring to them that they are not alone. But you younger guys have that all figured out I suppose. Not ego, Mavrick.A willingness to be helpful for others.
My apologies.

Yeah, no braggart here.
Out of curiosity, are you a nurse or a CNA? Your screen name makes that rather ambiguous.
A CNA is not considered a nurse. Ambiguous on purpose, methinks.

I'll never tell and I hope it doesn't show up on my profile.
As for fitness, well, my lipid profile/triglycerides is great but I'm not in as good shape as I should be but this weekend the bicycle comes out and off we go......

Became an RN at 40, now 45.
Round is the shape I'm in and I'm largely being held together by NSAIDs and neoprene. But my labs look like I'm a 20 year old marathoner.
I should be good for another 30 years.
