Hi my fellow Nursing Students
I want to know how old were you when you started Nursing school. RN's and LPN's are welcome to answer.
I'm in my early 30's, married with three babies, ages five and under. I'm a little nervous and worried that I may have started a little late at following my dream to become a nurse.
Thanks everyone:D
I was 35, with a 1 and 6 year old! I worked full time evenings the first year. The second year I switched to weekends only because of clinicals. You can do it!!!!!!!! Nursing is NOT rocket science. Yes, it is rigorous. Determination is a requirement. Desperation is also a good motivator I graduated a few months shy of my 37th birthday in December 2003, #5 in class, took the NCLEX in January, got my license 1/14/04. My story is not unique. I am not "special." YOU CAN DO IT!
