I'm just wondering, it could be for LPN or RN, how old you were when you completed nursing school. Thank you!

I will turn 30 in May and graduate as an LPN in September. Plan on returning for the LPN-RN BSN program within the next year.

I started taking prereq classes when I was 24 (after being in the Air Force). I finished all my prereqs and supporting courses but never applied to nursing school because I got pregnant and decided to become a stay at home mom. Over the years I've contemplated going back and finishing and now I'm finally doing it. I'm 35 now and retaking a few of my classes because of their age and plan to apply to BSN program starting Fall 2012. I will be almost 39 by the time I graduate, assuming I make it through! :-)

I'm 27 now, and waiting for selective admission results for my community college's 2 year ADN program. If I make it, I'll start this year at 27, and be 29 when I graduate.
After that I will take an RN/BSN; I'll probably be around 32 or 33 when I finish that.

what route did you take to finish your BSN at 20? i saw someone else say they would've been 19 if they went for nursing right after graduating. i'm not saying i don't believe you - this just wouldn't be a possibility at the schools in my area so i'm curious what course of study you followed to finish so quickly.
Generic BSN program at a university. I graduated high school at 16.

If all goes as planned, I will be 43 when I graduate with an ASN. This is a second degree and career for me as well.

I will turn 44 3 days before graduation with my BSN. Accelerated program, working full-time, and loving almost every minute of it. Kept putting it off thinking I was too old to start a new career, until one day I realized I could spend the rest of my life hating my job, or loving the new one...
Its a tough program, and working full-time doesnt make it any easier, Im holding down a 3.5 GPA, and working hard at it. I dont think I had the dedication and the work ethic to give up my social life and get this done in my 20s, am always impressed with those that do..
Anything is possible....I will continue on to get my MSN, and perhaps even my NP or CRNA.....who knows what the future holds...

I completed an LVN program at age 24, about four months shy of turning 25.
I completed an RN bridge program at the age of 29.
