I went all the way to question 162 on the nclex-RN. I could have sworn I failed but two days later got notice that I PASSED! Don't let the number of questions bother you. A friend of mine went to the maximum of 265 and passed!! It is possible.

75 questions, I think I finished in around 30 minutes. Like EMT2RN, as soon as it shut off after 75, I felt pretty confident that I passed. I didn't think it was that bad.

Minimum questions in about 30 mins. I thought I had failed it but I guess I didn't. I came out crying telling my sister I failed.

Passed the NCLEX-RN in 150 some questions can't remember exactly, the end of the test was a blur to me. I was convinced that I had failed. Walked out of the testing center feeling as depressed as I've ever been. When I found out I passed, I nearly cried in the middle of Lowes. Lol
