Happy hump day everyone! I thought a fun midweek topic would be to share how many pre-reqs you have left to complete.
I'm completing my AAS and nursing pre-reqs simultaneously (it's basically a requirement to have a previous degree to get into the program at my school.) This quarter I'm taking Into to Chemistry and Intercultural Communication. I have 1 more AAS class (Intercultural Issues,) then Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology 1 and 2. I also plan to retake Lifespan Psychology (I got a B+ )
I am taking Human Growth and Development, A&P 1 and Chemistry now so that only leaves Micro and A&P 2. I am able to apply once I am enrolled in Micro and A&P 2. I am aiming to get accepted for the Fall 2015 term to start my nursing. I am hoping to take the HESI Extrance Exam early Spring.
I am currently taking my final 2 pre reqs which are chem & college math 2..I just have to sign up for the TEAS next month & complete the written part of my application and will hopefully be passing it in by January!
Great Post! And congrats on everyone's achievements so far! I have only 2 pre reqs left which is Microbiology and Communications, plan to get into the nursing program this Spring. Good Luck to Everyone!!
I'm in my last pre req now (microbiology) and I've already been accepted into a program as long as I pass microbiology I can start in January ! Goodluck to u all
Currently I am finishing what my college calls Math 100 (used to be Math 50) and then Chemistry next semester (I am a full time RMA and a Mom, so I am only going part time). Invites have started going out to start actual nursing classes, keeping fingers crossed that they get to my "ready date"!

I've completed all the pre-reqs for ADN since Spring 13', now I'm finishing up the last few pre-reqs for BSN. Working on stats this semester. Art 101 for the Winter session and finally, Nutrition (unless my counselor adds another class required by the Cal state system) for the Spring semester.
I'm planning on applying and hoping to get accepted for the Fall semester for ADN.

I have A&P2 and Chem next semester because I don't wanna overload myself while also getting my CNA in that time. So after spring I'll only have micro, math, and patho left to go!
