How many got only 75 questions?

I took the NCLEX yesterday morning and I was done in an hour and only got 75 questions. When it shut off, my heart sank and I felt sick. I had no dosage cal. questions(which I'm good at), lots of pharm.(which I suck at), and a ton of priority questions. I hate this waiting and it's only been one day. :o

I took the NCLEX today. ugh. I too felt my heart sink after the computer screen turned blue. I couldnt believe I only got 75 questions! I didnt receive any dosage calc either. I too had lots of questions about meds i never heard about. Lots of priority questions that seemed to repeat. I hope and pray I passed. I took Kaplan, but who knows......

I remember when I took my boards back in 96 it shut off @ 75 and I thought I was going to be ill also! BUT I PASSED!!!!!

pearsons website says delivery successful.....but no exam score available yet. :(

Packerfan - your test sounds a lot like mine and many others' here - mostly prioritization, some pharm, and little to no med calc, all over in 75 questions.

People seem to be passing with that recipe, so you might very well have done great.

I had one evil med calc, which I'm usualy good at - but this one... it had two sets of conversions, and three calculations in one problem! It was a little tough, but I got it right. I was nervous about the test in general so this math problem weirded me out.

I have no idea why they threw that odd, complex problem at me, but thankfully it was the only one! :uhoh3:

i took mine on Dec, 21 2006,got 75 questions,lots of priority questions and passed.i did that of California board ,waited for one week and but in all,i made.so wait,u'll pass ok.i understand ur feelings cos i've been there. congrats

Hello, I took the NCLEX-RN yesterday and I'm dying to find out the result, too. I called BRN this morning and asked if they have the result yet. Said that Pearson hasn't updated the result yet. They told me that it usually takes 24-48 hours for them to update it. However, my school hasn't sent our transcripts yet so I decided to send it certified last week. I'm planning to call them again tomorrow and asked if they already updated it. I'm just really desperate to know if I passed or fail because I was really down after the exam because it was difficult for me. :(:( I am hoping and praying that God's will will prevail. By the way, congratulations cindib.

75 and passed!!!! i found out through the board after only 28 hours! Pearson posted after 48.

CONGRATULATIONS...:welcome:!! I was gonna say I took the boards with approx. 25 people and everyone was between 75 and the max on questions and everyone passed. You can just never tell!

I didn't have to sit through the written tests they had years ago, but I did have to wait a week and a half to find out if I passed or failed. I came out of the test KNOWING I had failed, cried all the way home, and felt like I couldn't hardly function over the next 11 days. (We didn't have websites to check either..:uhoh21:) I am so glad they have changed the process so people can find out faster!! And congratulations to everyone...now take a deep breath and have fun!!
