How long do i have to wait in CA??? HELP

So i took my test on wednesday and it is now friday and still nothing. California doesn't do the quick results. So how long do i have to wait?? I'm going crazy, i already feel like i failed becuase i didn't get a lot of priority questions or any deligation questions and i only had 75 questions and for only having 75 i feel like i should be able to gauge how well i did, but i can't so i feel like i totally bombed it. Anyways, i already checked the rn.ca.gov site today and my name isn't there. Should i bother checking again today? do they only update it once/day? And if i failed does that mean that my name will just never show up? PLease help i am so stressed:(

Has anyone received the mail first before seeing their names on the webiste? My name hasn't been posted and I have not yet received the snail mail of the results. I am so nervous...

Just want to let you all know that i PASSED!!!! i am so excited because honestly i thought i failed

Congratulations! Did you graduate last month? I did, and my file isn't complete yet at the BRN. I took nclex on Jan 10th so I still have no results. I hate that California doesn't do quick results!

Dear Kirsnikity- I took the test on Friday, and I also felt horrible after. I know that the # of ?'s doesn't mean anything, but I sure felt weird when my computer shut off at 75! Why do you feel you did badly? I just felt like I was taking a test in a different language:uhoh21: Anyway, I am sure that you did fine, but waiting does stink! The BRN doesn't have my "official transcript" yet, so I will be waiting for awhile myself. hang in there

Snail mail from CA BRN going to the Philippines takes 3-4 weeks. Hang on there.

I reckon, it will be almost the same length of time for other countries.

Thank you for the information, Lawrence. Some people got theirs earlier though. Anyway, I will just wait for my result (Im in UAE), trying to be patient. But, I am so nervous, whatever the result is I will post it here.

Thank you for the information, Lawrence. Some people got theirs earlier though. Anyway, I will just wait for my result (Im in UAE), trying to be patient. But, I am so nervous, whatever the result is I will post it here.

I am also in UAE, also with CA board. Had the exam on December, 24th, results mailed on 5th of January, was scared to go to my PO Box, but I think the results were in around 12-13th.

That was less than a month for you to wait. I have trouble sleeping nowadays. Everyday I am checking my mails..It's 17 days now, and well I will try to be more patient...I wish there was quick result.. anyway, did you get it in a white envelope? Was it thin? gosh, i am so worried..

the wait is minimum of 2 weeks or more. depending if there is more outstanding requirements that needed to fulfill/process or submit. enjoy the wait and goodluck guys.

omg.. i know how you guys are feeling especially waiting in ca. i was going nuts too but i eventually made through for lvn and passed it.. whoo.. it wasnt a easy struggle. now im still floating in the air with happiness cuz i just got hired. ;) jus an advice dont let it get to oyu too much.. just keep yourself bz.. i took mine close to xmas so i knew once i finisehd taking the exam i can go shopping.. well take care everyone and im always just a forum away.. ;) good luck.
