How do HESI scores correspond with passing rates of NCLEX?!

Published

I took my HESI two weeks ago and got well over a 1,000 (or a 95% conversion score). I got my ATT yesterday and took a leap of faith and scheduled my NCLEX for tomorrow, YIKES!! I have done really well in my classes, getting nearly a 4.0. I just don't feel like I have studied enough :dead: but my family has faith in me that I will go fine, like I always seem to do. I have bursts of confidence, then times I feel like I should have given myself another week or so. I guess it'll all come out tomorrow!!

So how have some of you guys done on HESI/ATI in comparison to passing NCLEX??

I've heard most people say HESI is worse then NCLEX...

Also- has the "good pop up" NOT been right for any of you?! I am hoping it will work for me ;)

22 hours and counting, wish me luck!!

Good luck tomorrow! I'm a little jealous you could schedule your test so fast. The closest appointment I could get was almost a month from when I got my ATT. It sounds to me like you'll do fine :) I also scored well above the 900 my school required and had a pretty high GPA. I passed with 75 questions in about 2 hours (reading and rereading each question and all the options). The pop up was completely accurate and worked about 10 minutes after I tested (and every 20 minutes or so after that. Haha). Good luck again. Don't let nerves get the best of you. Can't wait to hear how it went!

I'm just getting so nervous, remembering everything that I haven't looked over- even if it's off the wall stuff... I know I am a good test taker and I have done well in school, I just cannot afford to mess this up, for more reasons than one!

I scored over the school's 900 requirement at the end of November. Graduated dec 15 and too nclex on 1/22.

Had 75, right at 2 hrs, the trick worked and I passed!

Well I got an 1147 which converted to a 99.99% on HESI . Graduated 12/13/12. I took my today and shut off at 75 with good popup. Haven't officially gotten my results yet. Just hoping the PVT works. So if this is the case then that is a good sign.

From what u guys are saying it sounds like ill be ok. My test is in an hr and 40 min. Yikes! I didnt get the best nghts sleep (hotel in the city and nerves) bt its now or never! Ill let u know how it goes :) hoping for only 75!!!

Okay, So I finished in a little under an hour with 75 Q's. I had a TON of select all that apply :dead:... I did the Pearson Vue trick and got "Our record indicate that you recently scheduled this exam. Please Contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time"... So I'm guessing that's the GOOD pop up. I am hoping anyways- I am not holding my breath though, I feel like I guessed on EVERY question.... And I only had ONE math Q..? The heck?! I am good at math and was hoping for more, lol

The next 24-48 hours are going to KILL ME! And do they even process things on the weekend?
