How did you find out about allnurses?

Hey everyone . just wondering how do YOU find out about allnurses.com. I found out about it when I was searching for somehting about nursing school and I looked for it on a search engine. I happened to pass this site on that search. I thought this was interesting site, but not exactly what I was looking for at the time. When I finally realized I was going to do it (nursing school). I thought about this site and been hooked here ever since.:)

I stumbled across allnurses by complete accident! But I wish I had known about you earlier......

There are so many interesting things to read about and find out about. Especially since I am a German nurse planning on moving to the States next year, this website is and will be invaluable!:p

I was looking up nursing salaries by state, trying to figure out which one pays the best. I found this site by accident, but I am glad I did!

Found it something like 7 years ago when I was still in nursing school, and I believe was looking up nursing websites for a project. It was still wwnurse.com then.

I found out about allnurses.com by looking on the web for student nurse websites. After getting frustrated with some of the other sites, I came across this one and have been using it every since. It is easy to navigate through and people actually respond to post. One site I went to would only allow posting at certain times, like a group meeting setting (humph).

I was searching for journal articles for nursing school and this link popped up. I've been a member every since. I have learned more at this site just by reading than any other site. I just love it. Happy New year :biere:

I was doing a report for my College and Life Skills class on nursing and found it during my research. I've learned a lot from just reading and it has made me know even more that nursing is what I want to do.
