Did you Have a party? go out to eat? Jump up and down?
I think I was in a state of shock initially and then I told a few close family members and friends and also posted it on my Facebook status. The day after is when I really got super excited and well as nervous. I'm looking forward to starting nursing school and finally fulfilling my dream.
I just applied there and I was already fed up with school. So, I wasn't sure anymore if I wanted to pursue nursing or take a break from school, so I was hoping to be rejected, to be honest. I applied only one school and got accepted. I wasn't all that happy about it, but it was still satisfying to know I was accepted to a school for a profession. I got in and loved it. Now, I just passed my NCLEX, have a job and I don't regret it.

I applied to one school and it was my first time. I really wasn't expecting to get accepted, so it was quite a shock to me. I still cannot believe it. I keep thinking the school is going to contact me and say, "sorry we made a mistake."

Well my school only takes 80 applicants every fall and based on my calculations I didn't think I would get in. But i took the dosage calculation test anyway. They posted the results online and then 3 days letter an unofficial letter came saying....congratulations...I posted on Facebook that I had amazing news but no one in my family was picking up the phone...so for the first couple of hours...i celebrated alone...saying OMG OMG OMG!
